Arguments

control_ccm
object
A control cell count matrix object. -
cell_groups
vector
Cell groups to include in the plot. Default isNULL

start_time
numeric
Start time for the plot. IfNULL
, uses minimum timepoint in the data. -
stop_time
numeric
Stop time for the plot. IfNULL

Step size for time intervals. Default is1
